Embroidery

Embroidered logos on polos and outerwear signal premium quality. The raised, textured look carries more perceived value than screen printing and is preferred for professional and executive contexts. Best for logos rather than complex artwork — fine details don't translate well to thread.

Direct-to-Garment (DTG)

DTG printing allows full-color photographic designs on cotton garments without screens or setup fees. Ideal for small quantities (under 24 units) and designs with gradients or complex artwork. Per-unit cost is higher than screen printing at volume, but the lack of setup cost makes it competitive for small runs.

Sizing and Ordering Tips

Order a size run, not a single size. For most organizations, a distribution of S (10%), M (25%), L (30%), XL (25%), XXL (10%) covers the majority of recipients. Adjust based on what you know about your specific audience.

Order 10–15% extra. New hires, replacements for damaged shirts, and gifts for unexpected contacts all require backup inventory. Running out of XL — the most common size — within weeks of an event is avoidable with a small overage buffer.

Request a physical sample for large orders. Before committing to 500 units, request a production sample to verify color accuracy and garment quality. The cost of a sample is trivial against the cost of a full rerun.
