Once a proof has been approved, the product becomes a custom, non-returnable item. Please carefully review all proofs before approval to ensure every detail meets your requirements.

Quality Guarantee
If your received product doesn't match the approved proof, we will:
- Accept the return

- Expedite the replacement order
- Cover all associated shipping costs
Please Note
We cannot accept returns for custom products if:
- The proof was approved by the client
- The final product matches the approved proof
- Changes are requested after proof approval
